A agree with the non-glare acrylic I don’t agree with 631 as the vinyl to be used. Is that not promotional vinyl. I’d use a cast vinyl and even go matte If printed, 1st surface.

You do not wet app reflective vinyls!!! Use an air-egress vinyl if you are having bubble issues

Cast product of choice.... You want 5 years but will you get that from your ink? Cast will get you to your minimum of 5 years but most inks won’t.
