With the right blade, a print/cut will cope fine with thick material. The heated platen softens the vinyl nicely.

If you still have the older versions installed, just grab the Pantone swatches from the presets folder and copy them to the 2023 presets folder.

Are you printing on the correct side of the banner material? It could be reverse wound. Check with your supplier.

Troubleshoot the middle rollers. Make sure they are dead centred over each grit roller. Also enable pre feed with longer jobs. We had similar issues with jobs 50"+. In the end we actually removed the middle rollers completely and both our SGs run perfectly now.

If your test print is fine, I'm pretty sure it's a profile issue. Have a play with the color management in versaworks. The way the rip handles raster and vector images can be individually set.
