This past year I printed 50 rolls of .20 magnet on a Roland VG3 with no problems. I switched to a .30 magnet and it won't feed because the grit rollers are steel and the .30 has a greater hold strength, I now have to print mags on my Roland XR640 where the grit rollers are stainless.

I fixed one on a Seiko W64. Glued it with super glue, then after it set up I got real sloppy with the super glue on both sides of the repair and put baking powder on the wet glue. Lasted three years before upgrading that machine. Think it cost me $3.50

I'm wondering if Graftec engineers have seen this thread, if so, they will be selling these repair kits soon.

There are two eyes about three inches from the right side of where the platen begins, one in back of the pinch rollers and one in front. 1/4" square cutouts

I channel cut everything on the Grahtecs 8600's and the 9000 all Kiss Cut and Contour Cuts come out perfect. In 2023 I printed and cut 485 rolls of 54"x100' vinyl. I love my Graftecs.

I'm not a tech, but I run six 8600's and aone 9000. What problems are you having?

I have three Roland's and three Graftec plotters. The Roland's run 10 to 15 hours daily and the plotters run about six hours. What I print today I cut tomorrow. Plotters are set up with 60 degree OEM blades and only cut in the channel not on the strip. I get about four months out of a blade...

Change out the Scan Motor. OEM Motor $1200 15 minutes, Very easy.

Liquid Laminate will work great. I use automobile paint clear coat, it has UV protection in it and use it on all my Beachside Signs. Six light coats. Krylon also has it in a spray can, Gloss, Satin and Matt Finish all with UV Protection.

Im using Flexi, not sure if works the same way. Make two different cut lines, two different colors, First color set up as your first cut then the second color as your next cut.
