    Trt cutting in the channel, I only cut in the channel on four 8600's and one 9000 series graftec cutters, never a problem, kiss cut or straight thru cut. I cut 485 rolls of 54" × 100' 6 mill vinyl this past year and only burned thru six OEM Graftec blades.

    No we did not. I reached out to my customers and asked them all if they really wanted to continue using the Neon inks for their projects and they all said NO because they fade out within a few weeks. But they say the New Orange I'm printing is working great

    Just got the final numbers in from Grimco for 2023 Total rolls used of 54" x 100' was 485 rolls. I was only 136 rolls off in my math

    I use ACM / Max Metal (aluminum composite material) 3mm for signs in frames and 6mm for hanging signs. Works great on the beach side. Very durable.

    Need Help Graphtec Not Cutting in some areas deep enough but can cut deep enough in some.

    I cut on Graftec 8600's and a 9000 all the time in the channel not on the strip. Extra thick material I will do a kiss cut then a regular cut and everything pops out perfectly.

    General Formulations has 54" rolls of Holographic vinyl. Tubelite is my supplier, but as of Monday October 2nd Grimco owns Tubelite.

    If the media is skewing while cutting, cut shorter sheets or replace the rubber feed rollers. Then, If you can find a push roller assembly and you can program the 7000 to read the extra roller it will work great. If you can't program it shave the sensor tab off and it will great as well.

    You can Kiss cut the star shape then straight or perf cut a square box around it, your choice. The end user can peel it out of the square.

    Blade is out too far and too much pressure. Try straight cut instead of perf.
