I have used Flexi long enough that I would think I would have saw this before. I ran 250 odd decals and I fill the cutting area fully. when the printer finished it changed the layout and left one row with 6 or so not printed, yet they were all there. I can't think of a reason why it did this...
I think I will just print on wrap material and then strip in the one line of small copy using a 7725 3M as I have printed on that before with no problems.
I am not sure, but in the past I have printed on 3M non digital materials with no problems...Maybe this roll is defective...who knows. I now have to think of something else or use a different brandm of 2ml cast.
.As discussed in a previous thread I need to print a logo with one line of copy that is very small and more than likely to be a real pain to weed. I want to give my customer a premium vinyl and laminate as they are going on their vehicles. I started printing this morning on 220 white and had...
with normal vinyl I would agree but this will have laminate and is always much more difficult to weed. I am hoping this 3M 220 I ordered is a little older as usually it sticks very well to the backing paper
Sometimes my Opos will think it sees the reg mark and then moves to the next and I know for a fact that it picked up silvering. Thats when the damn thing sees anything at all!!! LOL
question for those using this plotter with Flexi subscription. Am I stuck with just the square reg marks or is...
Agree and I have printed on 7725 before. There is an issue with this type of vinyl and that is if the finished graphics sit to long, they will never come off the backing plastic...trust me I know!!! lol
The colour is a bluey teal...I guess I will isolate that line and print and cut about 10 extras to fix the letters that get ripped or damaged from weeding. They want die cut, no background. I am not sure what the comments about printing white are in reference to. I don't have the capability...
I have a good customer who has just changed their logo. It is 4 separate spot colours and needs to be digitally printed and die cut as they want no white background. Thats fine by me, but there is a line of copy in a block font ( thankfully) along the bottom that is very small. .29 of an inch...
There might be a product designed for this but small orders will not get me to buy a full roll so what do you think of using a high adhesive vinyl with a floor lam?
From what I see from my personal shopping or going to banks that people are using duct tape or other non floor designed...
I have no idea if this will help, but I had a problem with all my colours having what looked like an over spray and went through everything to try and fix it. In the end it was a build up of debris being dragged across the freshly printed graphics. On the right side of the carriage underneath...
