Anybody here running a Summa cutter off of Flexi using a Mimaki printer? I'm at my wits end... I need to find someone with this setup to figure out why my cutter has so many issues finding registration marks....anybody?

WTF is wrong with this software. I have been screwed by eps files created from cdl files. I now have to re import them to check and everytime there are dotted lines indicating open shapes. Is there a fix for this. I almost had 100 screen printed signs ruined because of this issue.

I did receive a notification from SAI that there was an update and I updated. It gave me a code to input before it installed and I think it all went fine. Since then, every day I start up the software I get the same message that there is an update. Now I am wondering if it did anything at all...

What sort of marker do you use to redraw them?

what do the registration marks look like? Mine makes 3mm squares which I can cut in matte black and place over the exisiting and sometimes that works... I also have used a pencil eraser to dull the marks which seems to help the reader

I have run malwarebytes / spybot / ccleaner and super antispyware as well as Microsfot security essentials...Nothing frightening was found...Maybe it wasn't malicious.

How frustrating is that? I badged a bunch of stuff and when I was manipulating them to set up for cutting all of a sudden certain parts just disapeared. Edit undo did not bring them back and had to start all over again... I have seen this happening with the outline tool as well at times...
