Definitely the carriage cable. I had the same issues on mine and had to replace it and worked fine after. Definitely get a manual to see where the cable goes. It's not really hard just a little tricky in spots to get in.

Care to enlighten on your method of cutting? It seems everyone has a different way of doing it. I'm interested to hear! Some people, do the contour cut then perf cut the stickers, some do a single cut and they pop out, others, like myself, do a two-pass deep contour cut.

That's good to hear on that material! I'm still not sold on the take-up reel yet. Pretty much all my stuff gets cut down to sheets or individual stickers so I don't see a need for it. In my setup. yet. By the way what angle blades do you use in your Graphtec for doing through cuts on stickers...

This was it! Put a little thread tape on it and it was nice and snug, felt secure and then cuts improved greatly. Great suggestion as this helped so much!

I just cut one sheet. All circles and the blade holder adjustment piece is definitely moving. The cuts started great, pretty ideal and as it moved up the sheet the cuts got deeper. The blade got turned out about 1/8th of a turn from where it had started. I'm going to only assume this is a worn...
