Me as well, getting a DOT number and physical is no big deal and essentially free, a bigger lift and trailer plus a big truck MIGHT put you past 26,000 but I doubt the setup was that big? I have thought about going with an all-terrain scissor lift and trailer, it is so nice to have the work area...

I scanned through the tech pdf on your site, how many coats do you usually do (I know its says 2 recommended, but do you do more than 2 sometimes?) for carved or blasted areas with texture (wood grain) how are you applying? If you spray, what is the equipment set up? Seams like a long time...

Then if you are doing higher volume and need to scale, contact a local extruder and give them samples of what you need and price out running a batch that will last a quarter or half years time.

Depending on the job, a bakers scaffold is both useful as a table and work platform, not nearly as portable as a folding table though.

I usually get 3M when it's on sale at Sherwin Williams, bought some orange high tack a while ago for working on a car with ceramic coating and it is heavy duty and sticks well for several applications where blue tape falls short. I will have to try some from the body supply shops.
