You should be able to pull out the banner and at the bottom of the banner it should be 2 sided tape on the back side. Peel off the banner and then apply new banner. Make sure you hold the mechanism out though so it doesn't roll back up inside or you will have to take off sides and then...

If your looking for an economy vinyl I always suggest Arlon 4560GT. I is only .29 a sq ft and lasts wonderfully and I noticed atleast on my Mimaki the profile it comes with prints really well. Just my 2 cents
