If I understand correctly, the caps do not have ink in them after a cleaning cycle and they shouldn't. The dampers should always be at least 1/2 to 2/3 full of ink. When you print again, as soon as the print is finished, please print a nozzle test print and post here. We will go from there.

In the #Adjust menu are 3 items - Head ID, Serial #, and Dealer number. The serial number is for the printer itself, not the mainboard. However, it should match your printer, the head ID's should match your print heads and the dealer number you can get from your dealer to see if it matches...

Replace the dampers and upper O-rings on the cyan head, as well as the cap for that head. When replacing the dampers, snip off 1/16" off of the ink line so the upper O-ring is in an uncompressed part of the ink line. Please post your results...

I would suggest entering a best guess number, doing a quick small print, then go back in and print the bidirectional test again and see if the number range has changed...

If the tech does the damper fill two times, it should fix the issue. I would have him do it now anyway so you don't lose any prints to ink dripping.
