After spending a couple hours last month trying to find pipets locally I did buy 100 only to get a box of the monster pipets as I never asked how big they were. these suckers can suck up a small glass of water!!!
So tonight I was doing a routine cleaning and I had to open a new bag of the Q...
I can understand how this happens considering it is a removable adhesive but it is designed to be printed on and I dropped my heat to 35 / 30 which is about the lowest I would go.
After about 80" the tunneling starts and it still was printing ok and i figured ok I can use a soft squeegee and...
Anybody here from London England and close to Stanmore?
I have a small vinyl lettering job job that needs to be installed on a store front window.

I am pretty sure most of the stuff I see out there is not laminated.
Optically clear lam is so expensive it just drives the cost beyond where customers are willing to pay for it.
do you think it will last 2-3 years with eco sol ink (Mimaki)?
I am pretty sure it will, but curious as to how...
I ran a few thousand die sub metal plates for a car parts mfg'er a while back and they caledl to say the black graphics are completely coming off due to the degreasing chemicals they use to clean the grease off the cages.
I have no idea how die sub works but it seems that if that wont...
I have never been able to figure this out.
If you put 24" material in it reads both edges and says 22.5"
54" is 52.5"
I am asking as I bought a roll of perf at 39" and now it says 37.8" and my graphic is 37.25" should I instruct the printer to start 0" from the edge?
why does it do this...
I am having far to much trouble cutting 1/4" pvc with a heavy duty Olfa.
I guess I should mention that the digital graphics are applied with a keyline that I cut off. I can't put it in the panel saw as it will damage the graphics and the Fletcher sucks at cutting pvc.
It seems the blades go...
About 2 weeks ago this guy comes in soliciting toner cartridge replacements and we told him we have a pretty good place we go to and are happy. He asks about our photocopier and we told him it was down but we just used the fax machine or scanner to do copies ( a pain but I really don't like...
Every now and then I get an eps file and with all the masking people put into files I don't want to break them apart as I have found on the odd occasion that info can change.
I print out of Flexi and for instance today i know right away I have a problem whereby 2 white strokes when...
It is a code given to me by an architect and we all know what that means..... probably from 1976
My dealer has no such code and I googled it and still got nada.
I know it is a frosted window film and I sent the guy the 2 types I can get from my 3M dealer, and he refused both.
Do I need this?
I am really not sure how Flexi saves information but I have been burnt many times by re printing a portion of a file and leaving the room only to come back later and still find the machine printing.
It seems to save the amount you initially requested sometimes and other times it does not...
I have used the edge for over 15 years and today I have experienced something weird and different.
I use Signlab to set up my files and then send them as a gad file over to omega and then do all my colour changes and cut info
When I need to cut something I send it over as a magenta or if...
I have some time on my hands and thought i would let you all know of my episode early this morning.
It all started back at the beginning of May. A head cold that is, you know the usual 7 - 10 days of sniffling, sneezing followed by sore throat and achiness...the whole ten yards... Then I was...
They always used to and now this is the 2nd bottle I have bought and it has the plastic gloves some q -tips and the cleaning fluid but no pipet.
WHY?
Now I have to go source these things...makes no sense
I have heard this before many years ago. I have unhooked it and opened the sides...blew out all the dust and disengaged the cables and reinstalled them. I can't remember what else might need doing .
I am putting it back together now...I report back in 10
