I think the main problem is a lack of understanding ICC-workflows. There are some logical reasons why colors changing when converting data to bitmaps (why do you do that?). So it is probably no bug in signlab, but a problem of settings.

Your cutter is not supported by Gosign. Gosign only supports newer Summacut RL-models, S One and S2. Load and use Winplot.

For the SP300, two different pump systems were available, with different amounts of inks transported per rotation of the pump motor (the old system needs more turns for the same amount of ink). Perhaps your reset have resetted the system switches too, and have resetted the pump type to the old one.

Regularly, if you have a spectro, you have a lot more possibilities with Flexi than with Versaworks to create and optimize own Profiles. Using the few profiles delivered with Flexi is second choice only. If anything different fails, you can use Flexi to create a print file with summa marks...

Yes, simple OPOS Calibration will do the job too.

You can do a media calibration to have a look if the sensor works (will give an error if no contrast is sensed). Check first if the media calibration value is set to the default 30 . You can set a known value, or measure it.

Whats the problem exactly? Your problem description is like „my car is not running“, what can have any reason from „no fuel“ up to „motor exploded“. How do you create the cut contours? Do you print out of Flexi too? So much questions.
