I use a capspray 9900 here. They are great and can spray anything from Jay Cookes to fine automotive paints. I also have a 2 stage compressor that is mostly used for tools and sandblasting.

I use Sikkens Cetol marine on borders if I want a natural look there. Haven't tried it as a backround. It comes in a light and dark. Then coat with cetol gloss.

Yes. All the work is done in the shop. You get to the job and if the customer knows exactly where they want it, you are done in minutes and the customer is amazed. I've been doing it like this for years.

I put the VHB tape on the letters. I then stick these letters onto a clear liner that is over top of my pattern. Then I transfer tape them in place. Go to job site and line up on wall like vinyl. Tape top and pull liner out from behind and stick to wall. Pic below is after liner was pulled...

We use Gemini mostly here, but have used Matthews letters a time or two. They will send you samples too.

Maybe try turning your material blank off under view tab, or make your blank size larger under layout. Don't know if that helps.

I also glue first then route. I just route it in 2 sections moved under router. I have glued it in 2 sections. Just a little more time needed to line up and keep wiping glue as it dries.

Agree, sounds like you need to put plotter into gp-gl. No media in, hit initial menu, interface, command then select gp-gl.

We cut lots of ij180 with 8518 on it. Here is what we use. Blue blade holder 23 15 4 0 If we cut cal. vinyl I bump to 25.

We did a bunch of cans with LG 3870 and it worked great.
