Are you running with the color bar on? I see that sometimes and it will be a couple nozzles out side by side. Map the nozzles and keep getting it. We always run color bar and rarely turn it off. Just my guess.
We clear shield any banner that is used long term. Especially pole banners. Makes them outlast all the one that don't do it. You can tell the ones not laminated, they start getting ate up on the top pole faster. I know of 1 large banner we put up that still looks great and pushing 4 years now.
I have many blasted signfoam signs that I sandwiched together with MDO and west epoxy. I would not use spray glue. I epoxy the pieces together then cut edges as 1 piece once dry. Then I seal it all up by coating out the edges with the west epoxy and a little fairing powder. I have signs done in...
I think that not All street signs are metal. We have sandblasted redwood street signs and routed hdu street signs up all over our area for decades. Sure some are metal but not All.
