Last time I had the ambe rlight on our 25500, it was a PSU that was no good. Replaced it, and it was fine for the next 6 months till a new error appeared.

Wow, sounds like it has Roland Dementia or Altzheimers... I've never heard of that problem like that - but it also sounds like perhaps a lack of voltage reaching the steppers- if the circle itself is accurate. Fixing it would be a challenge - not impossible. I think I sent you the curcuit...

Try 3 or 4 thorough head cleans... I had a similar problem with dirty yellows especially, and dark blues, and browny reds, till I'd got rid of the black contamination that was muddying them all.

I've had 10mm thick 12" tall letters thankfully stay put, using the MP467 tape over the full reverse area. That's on a wall that had cured only 4 days...2 years ago, and still up! Only one letter came off a 15mm high tiny one, with little surface area for letter depth. Sometimes, it's nice...

Heat transferred stuff I find horrible to wear- clammy and unbreathable. Much stuff I've been given was not pressed on well either.

That's far too wasteful of acrylic, (or other substrate) compared with using cardboard, for instance.
