LindyM is correct. Pic 2 says flute direction horizontal, width 24in. horizontal = width, flutes should run at 24in.- Mike Paul

Make sure your not overriding the profile heat settings in Flexi. If you are the setting on the printer will be used. When printing, check the heat settings on the printers panel and make sure it the same or even bump it up.- Mike Paul

Shinerite vinyl on box truck with rivets
How much was the cost savings compared to cast film? not much. Especially when you consider the cost of the truck itself... Getting calendared film down over rivets is more labor intensive than cast. Did you charge more for labor? If not you should have. Keep in mind the colors will fade... -
