    I would say as high as the media allows. Paper can probably run at max temps.

    Try running you temps high. The solvent will naturally want to wick along the paper fibers. Getting dry as quickly as possible will reduce that wicking.

    Which RIP and which Printer? Have you checked Avery's website or Mutoh's FTP?

    I believe that this is usually a connector issue. If the contact get damaged, backwards, or it is in crooked it may short out and give the symptoms you describe. It is possible to damage the display board as well.

    hard to tell long distance. Could be your head is failing. Not very typical of your symptoms, though.

    In maintenance mode you can open the valve manually. They will fill individually automatically unless you get an airlock. At which time you may need to use a syringe to get things started again.

    Check for air bubbles in the line. If none, then there are two connections points to look at: line to the damper - bad seal, bad oring or overtightened, if there is room clip a small piece off, replace the oring. The other is between the damper and the head. Can be a cracked nipple on the...

    Classic sign of dampers. They get partially clogged and can't keep up with ink flow during printing. Replace and your problem should be solved. If not, probably small air leak.
