If you can't make money right now and haven't in the past 3 years then it's time to hang it up and go work for somebody that can. We also had our best year ever in both gross and net and about all it took was showing up and being half normal.
Some people won't believe things until they see it firsthand which is unfortunate. This can be from disease to war to economic depression. We are lucky to have been far removed from a lot of this over a long(ish) period of time but history is often looked back at with rose colored lenses.
I'm thinking it came from the factory like that in all honesty, it came straight to us. These new Ford's are terrible, emblems installed crooked, doors don't line up, body lines mismatch. The radio doesn't work in it either.

Figure out a reorder level and keep inventory separate from the working product. To control it, you can restrict access to 1 or 2 people that are disciplined enough to tell you when to reorder. For consumables like tape rolls, put them in a cabinet in a row and have a sticky note at the point...
No way. I'd bet that stuff goes from one machine to another on some big ass rolls or it's fed straight through, print to laminate on some sort of custom machine.
