    Put it in the room you said you don't use often. Throw a box fan in the window to blow out on high. If you still smell the fumes and can't swing an air scrubber, you could always purchase an automotive respirator to where while printing. Might be time to find a new place?

    Sounds like your out of Black ink. The printers remaining ink estimates aren't always right.

    If your setting the pressure on the plotter itself, make sure your not overriding it when sending the cut info from the software side.

    Someone saved a low res image at 300dpi and believes that makes it suitable. Customer supplied artwork files are great. My favorite is a raster image exported as a ai or eps file to make it a vector file... :rolleyes: .
