When i make a countour cut, is there any way of undercutting? Such as, I make a contour cut for my bitmap. I would like it to cut just a bit smaller. Is there somewhere to do this? or do I have to manually go in and mess with the cut to make it just a touch smaller. thanks for the help..

Printer outdoor 46". Got the refurb kit from cmyk parts. Replaced everything and now in wond print a thing. I used the siringe to get the inks to the dampers they are full. Even when i try a cleaning cycle, nothing is coming out. any suggestions? thanks for the help...

I have a falcon outdoor 46. The greys started becoming more pink all of the sudden, now this is what i am getting from a nozzle test. I have cleaned it many of times, do i need new print heads or is there something else that can be done? thanks for the help it is greatly appreciated...

All of the sudden the greys went wild. I have attached 2 pictures, the origianl and the printed one. Printer is a prismjet extra ( falcon outdoor 46). Anyone have any ideas? I adjusted the mag. and light mag. down and still to much.. sigh thanks for the help.

Ok, falcon outdoor 46. Light cyan got clogged somewhere, no LC going through the tube. So took the syringe and got it through the line. Now all of my greys are purple. Print nozzle test, it looks perfect :banghead: Any ideas on what i should do? thanks

We have Flexi 8.6. Wondering if there is a way to rip something and not print it? Reason for asking, is that some of the graphics are large. It takes a long time for it to rip let alone print. Can it just be ripped? So the waiting time is cut down in time. thanks

When i send the it to cut from flexi it just cuts numbers down the vinyl. It isnt doing anything else. Anyone ever had this happen? thanks

If someone could give me some help.. Using Flexi 8.6v2, I opended the eps, contour cut it, imported the image over top of the contour cut. When i go to cut it it tells me nothing to cut lol oh boy. below is a pic of what i have.
