First and foremost: What does your nozzle check look like?

If you take it apart, take lots of pictures so you know how to put it back together. If you already have 2.5 years on the capping station, I would replace it.

Clean it. Be careful with how much cleaner you drip, so take it slow. My happiest customers keep their machines in like new condition. If you are good, you can remove it and clean it well.

You should try and put the printer on a dedicated circuit. Noise from a laminator, or shop equipment, etc.

And it could be something as simple as dirty power to the printer/PC/network. Or a bad cable.

If it is missing nozzles (in the nozzle check) and head soaking does not bring them back, then you need to replace the head.
