Probably bad input power.
There is a thermal fuse in the power supply circuit.
It takes about 15 minutes for it to reset.
Check your power, and invest in a surge protector and/or line conditioner.
You should be able to order those through any dealer, Mutoh isnt set up to do direct sales:

Someone should have called you back, might be related to some phone issues we have been having.
First, make sure that your RIP heater settings are correct.
Second, I would set the same temps on the printer panel (for testing).
All three heaters are controlled separately, and all have their own thermocouples and relays.
It would seem unlikely that two thermocouples would flake out...
Sounds like the question is:
Is the pressure is moving laterally instead of straight down?
You may want to remove some covers and check with a 90 degree angle.
I would suspect loading as the first issue and feed and take-up alignment secondary.
Does it do it on a sheet?

The printer estimates ink usage by nozzle firings and pump cycles.
If the pump cycles and an air leak between the cap and the head do not permit a good vacuum then the printer will think that it uses more ink that it really has.
Most likely either a dirty or damaged cap or dirt on the...
Pretty simple.
Take the carriage cover off.
Damper hold down off.
Unscrew ink lines.
Pull dampers STRAIGHT UP to remove.
Press dampers STRAIGHT DOWN to install.
Reassemble.
If you are not straight you can break the nipple off the head.
If you leak ink down the electical connectors...
I dont have experience with this on the FIIO, but the same is offered for the Toucan LT and I have used it.
The wave is only available and controllable from the printer panel and not the rip.
I believe that is is the original wave1 and wave2 formats that come out on the first ValueJets...

You can add 'wave' technology to FIIOs.
I think that there are only a couple of waves available.
A nozzle check is enough to tell if you are having nozzle issues.
but doing a physical clean once or twice a week is the key.
There are two issues:
1. Ink drying in and around the nozzle.
2. Ink build up on the cap or stainless rim of the head.
1. Ink drying up in the nozzle will...
Regular isopropyl has water in it, definitely not a good choice.
Denatured alcohol is a much better, but I wouldnt leave it in there for more than a couple of hours without checking on it.
I can evaporate fast and cause more plugged nozzles.
Cleaning solution from a cleaning cartridge is...
On those carts the rotation of the label tells sensors in the cart holder if it is pigment or cleaner (on indoor machines it is pigment/dye or cleaner).
Your welcome!
Of course.
The question is for how long.
If it is going to be off for 2 weeks or more, a flush is recommended.
A weekend should be no problem, but you may want to clean the head, wiper and cap before shutting down to ensure good capping.
