It is very possible that the change in voltage has damaged the motherboard. If you can change the voltage back, if not, you will probably need a new motherboard.

Sounds to me like it could be the voltage of the 2 variable resistors you changed.

You can damage the piezos by pushing fluid, so you will want to be especially careful. Do a series of head soaks for deflected nozzles.

Were you able to get your parameters off the other mainboard, or did you redo all the headranks and alignments?

If you nozzle check is not complete, missing nozzles. You will see those in your print as well. You need to do a Head soak.

You shold be looking for either something binding in the pf system or perhaps a bad pf motor.

http://www.mutoh.com/kb/entry/64/ for a manual. That will tell you how to get in maintenance mode and check. Sorry, been too long since I have done it to remember the whole process.

Try loading the media in the dark, seriously. A bright light or sunlight through a window can fake the sensor out. If that works then you just need to block some light somewhere. If not, it could be sensor alignment. There should also be a way in maintenance mode to check the value...

Which printer?

Check and clean the pf encoder. Check the pf belt. Check the grit roller and make sure it doesnt have media jammed in it and rolls freely.
