Does the camera register you second side? If not, is the media positioned correctly at the same position? If you print from the internal harddisk, and the camera checks the media position, I would suggest to check the margin settings of the job.

Instead of sending the jobs one after each other, try to nest. It is no difference as long as the jobs are as wide as the media, but they will be handled as one job.

The problem with the output ports is an issue of incompatibility between Windows 7 and Flexi 8.1. You should have to use at least Flexi 8.6 for Windows 7.
