My renter next door has a indoor (smooth solid tires) forklift that we use when we need one... but in the snow it is helpless... so I replaced his. That way he can store
and take care of it. I am already thinking of things to do with it- like packing down our dumpster so we don't get overage...
We found a company who imports used F lifts from Japan. This was a Komatsu 4500 lb for 7k. Big treaded tires tho- good for snow. Had it converted from gas to LP too.
Printer, forklift, superdooper 2 motor vacuum, 24 rolls of print media, $2000 worth of ink, computers and any tool that I can think of. Been a fairly good year.
Ok- give me a semi-reasonable offer. Still in the original boxes- I open it and looked to see if I could use any parts of it and packed it back up. Gene
So I have a TF640 sitting here in the box- just built the undercarriage and my old faithful VP is giving me a rash... jealousy maybe? Anyway it prints the
first reg marks fine and then the complete graphic and then starts the end reg marks and I get a scan motor error. Just changed the scan...
I bought a TF640 and am not using the winder- I have one of my own design that works
better for our workflow. I think they are about $2k? Would consider a grand... maybe. Gene
Very nice- I went to the museum this fall- fabulous place. The Monitor gallery was outstanding and I remember seeing blueprints on the wall but I am not sure that I
saw this. Are you around Newport News? Gene
OK- now I see NN in your signature:banghead:- edit
SqueeG- I like that a lot- always prefer to make something over purchase... even if it doesn't make $ense. I would think that keeping the table
completely flat would be a major problem- looks like you are using MDF?
Bigben- that is interesting as well- what was the price? Google only...
Hi Evie- I have the same printer in shipment. Are you meaning the clear plastic front cover that opens or the metal upper? I am replacing a VP
and am hoping for better and faster. I have a GX cutter so will stick with Versaworks (hopefully) Thanks Gene
Just talking to Bobby Fosson at CS sign supply (Merchant Member) about this printer today- looks like the printer to replace our VP-540 to me. And a great
price. Gene
