This happens once in a while- prints normally but will stop for (approx) a second at each end and then print to the other end... and stop. This is bi-directional by the way- any thoughts? Thanks Gene

I have thought about having 2 sets of rollers for media on the back of the printer. We use one media 80% of the time and it would be nice to be able to swap out the other roll with what ever is the flavor of the day. Replacing our printer this winter and am thinking of trying this plan...

Your copies of V8 will still work. I just subscribed to Designer (v11) this month- so it is what they call the cloud version ($20 a month I think). You can save to all older versions and save the files to your computers- cloud storage is available but I am not using it. Bobby at CS sign...

Thanks Stacy- I reset my router and I can now log in. I thought is was strange that an outage would not be on FB. Gene:notworthy: I haven't been able to log on for a week... I really miss it.
