I would second Mosher- I looked at S-A-R before I went it on my own ( small business experience but no sign experience)
and have never regretted it. I rented a prime spot (not a strip mall) and figured it out- now I own that spot and have a
renter for part of it and I am pretty much retired...
I fought a similar issue for six months on my roland. All head prints were great-finally replaced the cyan head and prints like
new. Seven billion shots btw.
Welcome from Minnesota. We had a German fellow in the sign camp in Indiana last summer who is very knowledgable. I will see if I can find his name- I think he was from Bavaria? BTW your english is better than most here. Gene
I clone all of my system drives with True Image- very easy and if a drive fails or becomes badly compromised I can have the
puter back up in 10 minutes. I use all Dell Optiplex puters and have even switched system drives from other puters successfully.
On ours the upper die slowly peens over to the point where the cut out pcs of vinyl etc. jamb in there and then you cannot
compress the grommet all the way. Tip it over and look. Gene
And they are paying about 8% off the top to SAR (at least that was what it was 16 years ago when I talked to them
extensively before starting my own shop without them).

the former (also from Menards) and it isn't the same. Gene
We have a customer who campaigns a pro dragster nationally- they wrap their body because it is lighter than paint.
We just patched the vinyl on the body from a engine that turned grenade.
Learning the software is hard- but you don't learn anything by doing what you already know. I can remember
grinding away at a logo for hours that I could do in 5 min now. It is the grinding and frustration that teaches us.
