It is a pretty new Intel processor with mostly empty SSD drives and 16 GB of RAM, so I'm thinking this isn't the problem. The Onyx Rips for each printer are also on separate computers.

Could this be caused by heat? I think it may have to do with its proximity to the HP latex printer. It seems to happen more frequently when they're both running at the same time.

What is going on to go through so many heads here? Is it just routine for them to wear out, or is it just little heads strikes building up over time? Two heads that are $2500 each can get expensive! We just bought an S60670 a couple weeks ago and know the heads are pricey, so I'd like to avoid...

Most people who print banners that large have 16' wide printers and they also purchase those expensive welders. When I need a banner that large I outsource to someone with the correct equipment.
