That looks like conduit, good luck with those holding a banner up! I see bending in your future. nonetheless since you asked, 10oz should be fine with grommets. Run a line from top to top of poles and side to side on bottom where banner will fall and attach banner to that line with zip ties...

attached are the local bid results for doing the Sherriffs cars. Some reflective, some high performance vinyl and it took an attorney to decipher to quote as the broke each panel on car up to be bid on seperately, I hate red tape. But please enjoy I know it tickled me!

I would charge about $600 for the mural shown. the one below we did for jimmy johns was $500 and it was double coated. The MC logo we did in school gym was $2500 but the stripe ran all the way aroound. All latex paint and vinyl stencils. Embellishments were freehand
