Do yourself a big favor ... rent a scissors lift or rolling scaffold! Then : Water blast the loose stuff off. Base coat with a latex primer top coat with a gloss latex. Take a look at pad painters ... ideal for this thpe of work...

A couple of 10d nails should do it! Seriously ... there are now paints that have silicone or teflon in them ... nothing ill stick to them! They do that so the paint will shed dirt and grime.

Pity the poor displaced state workers out here! They have been displaced by a rubber hose stretched across the road. One end is plugged and the other is attached to a counter that counts every time a vehicle runs over the hose. :loveya:

Racers! Always have money for "go fast" parts ... BUT ... never enough for graphics and lettering! Always need it tomorrow morning!
