Just to clarify..as the media is feeding..it does not feed consistently. The head will make a few passes and the media feed rate is fine, then it will all of a sudden make a leap, then prints normal, then a leap, etc.' and with each leap, the print of course "skips"... Anyone dealt with...

Well, on to the next problem for the week. This started yesterday - while printing (or even moving the media forward or backward) it will all of a sudden make an inconsistent jump. So, of course, while printing it makes a jump and the print is ruined.. Any ideas..i'll snap a photo if needed...

I know this is the obvious, but make sure the prints are square when you load them into the laminator. Check them with a T-Square. Also, not sure how you load your laminator but I use to have ALL kinds of problems with creasing, etc. When I load my laminator now (Enduralam), I push the vinyl...

Thanks for the advice guys - I did a clean and then cleaned the head manually and wiped everything down. Printed 10 posters, seemed to do fine after that but not 100% sure yet. Tomorrow i'll come in and soak the head and do some more cleaning on it. Need to change the wiper too, ordered a new...

Hey guys, my Mutoh 1604 just started doing this here recently. I have since ran a cleaning cycle, clean around the print head and performed all basic cleaning around the head, wiper, etc. Anyone dealt with something like this and can point me in a direction of how to correct? Sorry for the poor...

Try unrolling the material some on the back side of the machine so it pulls with slack instead of straight off the roll. Not sure if it will work for you, but works great for me on my Mutoh. I have the same problem otherwise.

Love it Dan - clean and uncluttered. I love this style of design, but at the same time glad I don't see it all the time because it makes cards like this REALLY stand out.

Definitely charge for it, and over what it costs you - it took you time to find it, download it, size it, etc. Anything that costs me money, will cost the customer money.
