I may be incorrect about this but after using a product like rapid remover or possibly some of the other suggestions, I would have the customer clean off these products with a mild cleaner like soap and water. Some may dry out the laminate if left on there. Just to be safe.

There should be a decal inside of the core tube that lists what it is and where it came from, I think??

When in doubt, inlay or overlay. You say you don't want it to fail so that's the only way to ensure that it doesn't. :)

Wraps are profitable if you price them right but they are time consuming and tedious. If you're 1 person, a full wrap could be 16 to 20 hours and a lot of that time is detailed cutting so taking a break is a good idea. It really should be something you enjoy doing not just for the money and...

It's definitely calendared and it was a 2 to 3 person install and heat all the time just to make it "workable" and conformable. It just blows my mind that it would fade or change color like this. My customer just HAD to have this color, I would have advised against it if I'd have known this.

Yes I would ship directly to them. The sun side is fading and cracking the fastest. Paint is not an option. I had heard citgo screen prints theirs.

I purchased a X-rite i1 Pro 3 over a year ago and planned to do this. I started and didn't finish the profile I was creating. It seemed a bit complicated but I'll get back at it.

Looks to me that with these images in photoshop, select their layer and use the dropdown on the layers tab and select either multiply, linear burn or darken. Can't remember if they need to be above the red layer or behind it or if it even matters.

I use Roland Printers and cannot seem to find decent profiles with flexi so I try to avoid printing in Flexi

Do you also add the marks in flexi, print from versaworks, then cut with flexi or just print and cut through flexi?

Tried the graphtec segment type 1 marks yesterday. It checked all the marks then went back to the first mark and stopped. It didn't cut at all. Tried it several times until we just put it back to the standard type 1 (marks in the 4 corners) and it cut. Am I missing something?
