We do a lot of flexcutting, but it's been some trial and error dialing things in just right. Recently noticed the 45 degree blade on the Summa website. Is that a better blade for flexcutting? We have a Summa S2 T160. Thanks!

Laminating Oracal 3651 using 210 they say to go cold. However, what happens if you use heat? Is it bad for it? Wont it make it more clear? Will it cause more curl? BTW, is there a way to not have any curl with my decals using calendared vinyl?

I just downloaded the ICC Profile for Orajet 3651M and it uses 12 pass. I've never had a media use 12 pass before. Does that mean that it uses more ink? Or does it mean that it just takes more time? Or both?
