maybe a wooden plank attached to the outer portion of the railing with brackets and the fish can be screwed to the plank from the back side.
maybe that will be a little out of reach from the passer byers
when we had our XC-540 and the white heads crapped out we ran the machine for years with cleaning cartridges in those two slots. i do not know for sure but i don't see why you couldn't do that with the LEJ as well. we do have an LEJ als but we do use the white a lot and occasionally the clear/gloss
the TR2 inks aren't bad but i did find that when running a long run and using the take up real some materials had drying issues. meaning they weren't fully dry as they got wound on the take up real leaving damage to the print but i suppose that can be fixed by turning up your post heat. as far...
yes calibration test and there is also a bi-directional test check that also
one gives you vertical lines that need to line up and the other gives you two black boxes and they need to line up properly also
try merrit graphics (big color) they used to be merchant members on here not sure if they still are but we have used them a bunch over the years with great results

no way i would get rid of the XR. that is a work horse. we have had roland printers for the past 20 yrs and they have been great up until we got the truvis. we got one of the first models released and it was nothing but trouble for most of the 4 yrs we had it. the first 2 years it barely ran and...
i was surprised to see this thread come up again. this job has been installed, billed and paid for a long time ago but here is how i solved my issue.
i laid cardboard on the table then rolled out craft paper on top, laid out my letters as they needed to be spaced. then traced each letter and...
if you are getting a quality print and only having a drying/curing issue i would lean towards the lamps. that's where i would start my corrections.
like Gino asked, how many hours do you have on the lamps?
as far as the brand of lamp, if you got a good span out of the existing lamps then i...
no matter what you use if someone wants to remove it, pick at it or damage it then there is nothing that can be done to stop that.
using a high tack vinyl is the best you can do. you can get a tamper proof material but that is generally polyester material and if picked at will only come off in...
i think if you put cut vinyl on that it won't hold up due to the abuse it will take when not in use. printing on it may not work either, is it sewn in to a box shape or is it just a flat blanket type product? if it is sewn in any way to fit the table/coffin or body then you won't be able to get...
we use the s&f NJ location occasionally and haven't had any issues as of yet but they are like 4th or 5th in our batting order so i don't really give them much business.
normally i order online or email my sales contact with PO's.
we do use Laird and E&T also and they are both pretty good suppliers
it's a toss up, you need a low tack that will stay up and also won't remove paint when removed.
first even with low tack the longer its on the surface it starts to become more permanent (bonds more aggressively )
and if you get something that is not aggressive enough it will start to curl or...
we have been using flexcon for over 40 years. mainly we get vinyl and polyester for our hot stamp roll label printer. never really had any issues.
never really used their digital material. i think they are just trying to be more active in the digital market. they aren't really known for that.
