I had similar problems. Ended up seting heters to 0 30 54 Suction to 4 Tension to 0 Feed Speed 2 on your media holders, do you have just the plastic cones, or do you have the metal pieces on top of them?

Have you tried reconfiguring the media on he printer? I had the same problem on my S30's, and had to make new profiles for every media. you could also check the media tension....on scale of 1-40, I run most vinyls at 13-15, and banner lower than that Are you using the high or low pressure...

What are the production dates on the inks in the printer? They had known issues with black ink about 2 years ago... Other than that..bad damper assembly. If you PM me the dates on the ink, I'll get in touch with an Epson field tech that I know

I personally use lots of Primer 94. I prefer to work the vinyl into the grooves/corners, using as little heat and stretching as possible. less stretching=less shrinking. Don't forget "post-heat"
