i am doing a wrap on this pickup and am curious as to if i can take the molding off and put the graphics where the molding was. or if there will be some sort of obstacles beneath the molding if i try it take it off? also how do you take off the molding? please advise, should i just design around...

UPDATE!! the head carriage was not level i took a piece of material 1.45mil thick and set the heads on it and retighted all the screws and this fixed the problem! solution was from mike at merrit graphics
if is a new wiper, but a white one.. i have never seen black wipers? the only black ones i have seen are for rolands and they are not designed for full solvent
i am getting overspray on the black head on a jv3-160s was woundering if anyone had any ideas on what is causing it.. i have replaced the dampers and raised the bulk ink tanks i have also did a head soak for a hour and a half. here are the pictures

problem stays with the head when you switch the cables. bad head? that's the only thing that makes sense. it has a new mboard / new slider board / new power supply and 3 new heads. the yellow head is the one i havent replaced will you look at the "Test draw" image i posted and see if this looks...
i would resit all the ribbon cables did you make sure the pins are facing up on the longer ribbon cables? on the small ribbon cable on the top right make sure the pins are facing down on it. also when plug in the cables feel free to take a close look at them and see if anything is bent or looks...
how would i check for this? or solve it? i have no idea what a static issue is? i have a sp-300v plugged in the same outlet and same pc with no issues ever.
UPDATE here is a high res scan of the all pattern test, I know most of the calibrations are off i just replaced the motherboard and havent ran them yet. i am curious as to if everything else looks normally? there are a few spots if you look at the yellows and some of the blacks that just don't...
UPDATE MORE PROBLEMS...
the problem went away with the over spray on the black head when i replaced the motherboard but now there is a over spray on the yellow head on a test draw (the over spray isnt near as bad as what was going on with the black) which was not there before i replaced the...

I replaced the motherboard as Kent recommend and the issue has went away, the black head might still need replaced not sure.. but the black test draw is perfect, i will rerun all the calibrations and keep you posted.
