i had never got a exact estimate, i am not saying this is wrong. i had just never been charged for it before on wholesale printing. i understand wholesaler's have to cover there wastes but seems like it should be a lower cost on waste.

what tools did you use to install over the bricks? rollers? special heat gun? temp gun? I have never installed on brick before.. looks good!

yep, i have a jv3-160s and a roland sp-300v.

For the amount of time it took to make a template, design, print / lam, prep the paint and install i would charge $200 - $300. so i agree i don't see anyone spending that money on a wrapping a RC unless you could sell the client the vinyl and they installed it. I just spent so much time on it...

Hey TresL do you do anything to prep the paint before wrapping? i cleaned mine as well as i could with denatured (it took off some paint) and then i loaded on a ton of 3m primer on it, it helped it stick down a little better where it needed stretched.

design was based off of some some corporate graphics provided by smashbox. printed on 3165RA 210 lam with a jv3-160s triangle jvs ink. install took roughly 30-40 minutes.

it is printed on 3m 180c and laminated with matching 3m lam i forget the number.

i had all 3 of my prints heads get damaged due to the capping station coming loose somehow and it really scratched them up (all the heads where less than a month old when this happened :(... so when i try to print 720x720 i am missing nozzles and it looks like banding, which makes profiling at...

this is the first profile i have made that i have got not to band (on vinyl), feels amazing! i might make one 6 pass for banner?

i just made a awesome profile at 360x540 12 pass bi dir (high speed off) the colors are bright and best of all no banding! was curious as to if anyone else runs this mode, or anyone has input on it. i am running heat at 45 pre and 40 print. i am thinking it might need to go up a little bit...
