Can anyone help?

I am trying to open a tiff saved in photoshop. The tiff is 2.3 gigs. Flexi gives the following message; " Advanced Color Map (*.xml *.xml)" and will not open the file. Any ideas on what is going wrong, or what I need to do to fix it?

Have a photograph, used the lasso, then inverse on the selection, then delete what I didn't want. Brain cramp wth do I do next to save that as a new layer with a transparent background? It's monday, please forgive me.

Can anyone identify? Customer claims that the original designer did something special, and is long out of business. Thanks!

I went to do some print, laminate, and cut stickers, but when I select "Contour", the registration marks option just says "None" and the drop down menu has nothing in it. Is there something I am forgetting?

I saved an image from photoshop as a tiff, then as a jpeg, and took them into Flexi. Flexi puts up an error window that just says- "xml" xml- with an OK button, then refuses to open the jpeg or Tiff. Is there something I am missing in Flexi or Photoshop?

Everything that I do in Illustrator has to be saved in Illustrator 8.0 format to get Flexi to open the file. I have the latest version of Flexi Pro, and Illustrator CS2, am I doing something wrong?

Wondering if anyone is using an ethernet cable longer than the one supplied by Roland? They claim you can't use one longer, but ethernet cable standards allow for length up to 150 feet between devices. I know I could just plug a longer cable in and see what happens, but that is too simple.
