    Bigfish, I like the primer 94 better than the edge seal just because it makes less of a visible mess. Brian, Primer 94 is made by 3M and is available from almost all the suppliers, usually with the "wrap" sections of the catalogs.

    Put down a thin strip of primer 94 around the outside perimeter of a window, let dry, then apply the perf. I have not had any edge curling after I started doing this.

    Keep doing the horizontal panels, use the natural seams of the doors and body panels to your advantage.

    Pull out a pantone chip chart and get the closest match. Print that as a spot color. 90% chance you will not hit the color exactly, but close enough without having your system properly profiled.
