Cutting them with your printer or plotter is a bad idea, not impossible.
Might as well take sides, windslits are a bad idea. Mounting the banner with bungee cord is a better idea.
Every box of magnetic comes with a disclaimer that you can use to make up your own and include a copy with every magnet you sell.
Not a bad idea to add it to your invoices or receipts for magnetics.
I still can't get people to understand that a thumbnail jpeg from a website can't be used for a 4x8 banner.

Eco-Sol inks are not "archival".
There are some inks in the water base world that claim long term use, and are better suited for high end art applications, but I think the term archival is more a marketing fancy from the substrate manufacturers.
