Try feeding the material out on to the heater for a couple minutes then feed it back in. That happens to us when the vinyl is still cold and the machine starts warming up.
Gene,
You may be able to go into the properties of you new mouse and set it to do those commands with the wheel. I am not familiar with your mouse or software. Its funny how differently the scroll wheel works between different programs.
What I do is send both jobs at the same time using the send as separate jobs box in the lower left of the pic I posted. When I send I usually have it hold rather than send now. Then it will add 2 jobs to the product manager the first is the print and has a .fjb the second is the cut and has .job...
We use an old pnc-950 daily with Flexi and windows xp.
Your problem is probably with the parallel port LPT. Get a USB to LPT cable then in your production manager in flexi assign the pnc-1000 to the usb printer port. I have never tried to use it with autocad or corel.
Hope this helps
I actually reloaded version 1428. I will try updating to 1472 and see what happens. I kinda liked the contour cut updates in 1465 but copy and pasting a high res pic took sometimes 10minutes.. but if I used step and repeat it would copy quickly.
Thanks for the help!:rock-n-roll:

8.6 Doesn't seem as stable as 8.1, I have some files I cannot open in 8.6 that open fine in 8.1. The thing is I need 8.6 for my VP540 and really like the updated product manager in 8.6. I run XP64
You need to connect it via a network cable (cat5e). Either to the network connection on the laptop or to a router. Then input the IP address when adding the printer in flexi.
