I just received some 900 Supercast sapphire blue from cutterpros and it is horrible.
I thought maybe it could be rubbed out but looking closely at it definitely shows its in the manufacturing.

Yea, thats what I do on my Graphtec when I cut reflective or chrome.
I think I am going to buy another blade holder for the 540 since they are so cheap. Dont hurt to have a spare.
Wouldn't mind finding another set of flange rollers too.
I had this problem once and it was one of the ribbon cables that goes to the heads, it wasn't seated good in the connector.
Whatever you do dont plug in these cables while the power is on.
