    Just touch the two wires together on the switch either by taking the wires off the switch or find something metal and jump it across temporarily.

    I dont know that it makes any difference if the caps are not the same or a little unlevel. Take you finger and press down on the cap and you will see that the rubber actually floats up and down to conform to the heads.     Go over to Oracal and get a free sample of their 3165RA. Its much easier for a customer to lay down without bubbles.

    Its my understanding that a Roland printer recognizes 3rd party ink and does more head cleanings thus throwing your ink into the waste bottle faster.
