If its anything like my SP540i look and see if you can keep the heads pulled to the left with tape or styrofoam. If enough shaking lets the heads move to the right just a bit, then the cap tops will unlock and the head is loose to move anywhere.

How do you gang separate images into say Job A to be printed and cut all together across the sheet? I can load each image, into Job A but they are still treated separately and stacked above each other, rather than across.

Mine did this yesterday too. I sent a file to my sp540i with versaworks and the printer just sit there. So I pressed cancel. It locked up. Had to do a shut down and turned it back on, sent the file again and it worked. Must ah had a f**t hung sideways.

Well now that I read your post again where you said Flexi is printing good then its not communication or cable.

You need to enter the service mode and also download the service manual for your printer. The manual explains how to align the heads.

If your saying the test print is great then how could it be the heads. How long is your cable to the printer?

And I thought US Cutter was the cheapest, I will check these other places mentioned here.
