That looks good Jill, it makes sense. I'd also put some (minimal) white copy in front of the red blinds. I hope the customer is paying for the extra time involved because this is really a marketing decision. People pay for that service, designing and producing it are separate issues.

Some of them are not too bright. I had one that could not wrap his mind around the difference between a sandblasted 3D sign and a flat sign (he wanted to put a vinyl sign on a sandblasted directory) and didn't see the big deal. I guess he did discount brain surgery?

That's sad on several levels. That so many repairmen were so willing to capitalize on the mistake and the doctor for not owning up to it. Or recognizing that the vents actually serve a purpose. You should raise their rent to cover the repairs costs.:thumb:
