just checked pump tubes they are clean and I always do that with scheduled maintenance,cross contamination is back,test print is still bad. going to your site now to order cap tops

yes checked them 3/4 times i'll swap cables left and right tomorrow

I did that right after I used syringe, could this be a manifold sucking air ?

I just pulled two syringe full of cy through dampner its printing cy instead of black and staying full but test print still looking bad

I did a manual cleaning replaced cap top and dampner on black side, now having issues with black and cy missing nozzles noticed cy damper is only 1/2 full so replaced it again still 1/2 full now I have black printing on cy side and still bad test print I did plenty of cleaning even with cleaning...

OK now have power, apparently one of the print head cables was not tight, Now i have two issues 1) temp to low 2) no CY ink in line cartridge is half full, Removed dampner from line and pulled ink through (line) as soon as i remove syringe ink goes back

Roland versacam SP300V shut down for maintenence now it won't power back up .There is no light on the carriage board.the panel does not light. We have power to the power supply. How do I trouble shoot from here? Thanks Bruce
