    Was printing fine earlier today. Already did a manual clean and a soaked rag head clean. Also several STRONG cleanings with no change. Also printed a 36x6 solid K block... it came out as just some dots (the two working nozzles). Also rebooted the printer. Any other ideas?? Nozzle check...

    What solvent do you guys use for general cleaning (with swabs or lint-free wipes) on a 1604 EcoSol machine. Mine is about a year old. Probably need to do a maintenance station & dampers soon.

    I just sold a batch of bottle lables to a guy that is making some sunblock/bug repellent skin lotion.... Printed on 3651... no lam. He calls me up in 20 mins and says the juice dissolves the ink... He came back in and we tested it... takes the ink off better than the cartridge cleaner...
  9. Can anyone guess what caused THIS??

    On the top covers on a mutoh ValueJet 1604, now nicely pitted with dimples. These are the two covers on each end of the printer (above the capping station, and the maint. station) You'll never believe what caused it.... RandyA... where can I get new covers? I like a pretty printer.

    On a 1604 Mutoh, 24" 651. I print on regular 651 all the time without any problems but today I am seeing imprints where the roller wheels touch the vinyl. I'm thinking that a lower pre heater setting might work?

  15. Bolding a font in CorelX3

    Does anyone know a workaround for bolding a font in Corel that does not have a separate ttf file for the bold version?? The specific example I have is "Parisian BT" It will bold in MS Word, but not Corel.
  16. Name the font in only 4 numbers!

    Need the AZ font , and probably a diamond plate fill that tiles friendly! Going on an 8' x 4' banner thx... sheesh... all caps, athletic font, black with red drop shadow, raised emboss letters on a diamond plate fill. What's not to love. They forgot the barbed wire! **note**...
