The problem I see is you don't need the area of the object, you would need a straight line between the bottom two points as I interpreted. My local city allows you to draw up to 8 straight lines when figuring the square footage of a shape.

If I'm painting latex as a finish coat, I use Sherwin Williams primer. If I'm using Urethane, I spray typical autobody urethane build primer.

I don't have any to compare, but check it against Avery. I think Universal uses some Avery, but I could be dead wrong, so don't quote me on that.

I don't back it with anything. The blade I use is (I think) 80 tooth and specific for acrylic. So far so good. I have busted a corner here and there before the panel saw using the skil saw, so I know how irritating and easy it can happen.

A welded font is a curve, so you are good there. The fillet/scallop.chamfer is one of the dockers that you pull out from the Dockers menu under the windows tab. Select all of the nodes, select your size and hit apply.
