  3. Mimaki JV3 replaced dampers, now nothing on test print!?

    not sure if this will help but you might try using a syringe and draw the ink throught the dampers and the capping station, throughh the lines at the pump... It is a easy process. take off the cover on the back of the printer and look at the lines if you dont see any ink in them take them apart...

    FIXED IT!!!!!!! I pulled the ink through the lines just before the pump.... Man this thing was down for a week and in no way did I plan on calling a Tech, it became personal after I pulled the ink to the damper and still nothing. so I took off the cover on the back to find my Cyan line...

    We have all the SS2 cartridges and fushing liqiud cartridges but we do not know the procedure to convert from the eleventen ink. by the way it's a Mimaki JV3-160SP printer

    Maybe your material rollers (the rollers on top) are dirty.... Our JV3 will do this if our rollers get something on them.... Might want to give it a try.

    I like your Idea, the fire could have more of a red color to properly represent hot bbq pit coals, the slogan is great. Be a little more creative on you font. and use a color that contrasts nicley with the flames. My opinion.... Don't get rid of the flames, and don't get rid of the slogan...

    I have heard bad things about the Rastek....Lots of problems.... The QS on the otherhand I have heard quite different reviews... I have a Press VU UV 200/600sc machine and I love it...aside from a few clogged jets I have had no major problems.... and the QS models are much faster than mine...
