Yeah chrome is a b!tch. It could be the fact that the chrome is a polyester material and has slightly different adhesive. Maybe it is reacting differently. I have some extra chrome and scrap lexan. I will throw a piece on there and see if it does it for me as well. I will let you know the...
We have a graphtec GC-130FX and it sometimes will do this as well. We use FlexiSignPro. I set up the files the same way everytime. My coworker also has me set up files for her, just to make sure. Sometimes it just effs up and cut in the wrong place. This is on files that were already set up...
Some people swear outgassing is real and some swear it is not. I have personally never had a problem with it. The general rule of thumb I have heard is to let the sheet sit for 24 hours after taking the protective sheet off of it. Can you show us a pic of it, it might be that it is something...

Wow...there is some real anger going on with this one. This is my two cents and everyone can take it for what it is worth. I understand a hobbyist wanting to learn information and tips/tricks from "Professionals", people who have been doing it longer and those who are just good at what they...
Depending on the style of x-banner, I have replaced the fiberglass poles with longer ones to increase the size to an odd size or larger size. Hope that helps.
